Thanksgiving Day Parade

One of the most popular annual attractions in NYC, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, has been a New York City tradition since 1924. Attracting more than 3.5 million people to the streets of Manhattan every year, and watched by an audience of nearly 50 million TV viewers. This amazing NYC spectacle is one of the most popular events in New York City and easily the most famous parade in the country.

Day 1

Morning – Group arrives late morning in New York City where you will meet your tour guide at your hotel.

Afternoon – Enjoy a narrated city tour. There is so much to see in this amazing city! Your city tour ends at Rockefeller Center where you climb aboard the elevator to the observation deck located at the “Top of the Rock” for a spectacular panoramic view of Manhattan and New York City. Return to hotel and prepare for an evening of entertainment. Lunch will be enjoyed on your own.

Evening – After a welcome dinner in Times Square, take in the magic of the city lights, breathtaking window displays and much more.  Continue on to Radio City Music Hall and enjoy the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular Show. Afterwards enjoy free time and perhaps get a warm cup of hot chocolate before returning to the hotel.

Day 2

Morning – After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart for the world famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. As tradition goes the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade extravaganza features a host of clowns, floats, marching bands, celebrities and the famous gigantic balloons that follow the parade.

Afternoon – Group will make their way to restaurant for a sumptuous traditional Thanksgiving Feast. You will then have free time for the remainder of the day, either relaxing at the hotel or exploring on your own.

Evening – You’ll make your way to Chinatown and Little Italy for a cultural exploration. If you are interested you can enjoy dinner on your own at an authentic restaurant.

Day 3

Morning – After breakfast at the hotel you’ll store your luggage. You’ll then make your way to the Statue of Liberty Circle Line Cruise for a narrated tour. Climb aboard and cruise around Manhattan Island while learning about this incredible city and see the Statue of Liberty. It’s a perfect way to celebrate the holiday season.

Afternoon – Group enjoys lunch on your own. Return to hotel, retrieve your luggage before beginning a safe journey home.
