Highlights and Inclusions:
Day 1: Arrival, Surf & Stand Up Paddle lesson, Welcome Dinner
Morning – Group departs for Honolulu, Hawaii.
Afternoon – Arrive on the beautiful island of O’ahu and meet your A-Z Travels tour guide. Continue on to your hotel for check in. Once settled, your group will venture off for a professional Surf & Stand Up Paddle lesson! Hawaii is a world class surfing destination, and the perfect setting to teach your students (and you!) how to ride the waves.
Evening – Enjoy a beautiful welcome dinner with your group at the famous Duke’s waterfront restaurant. Enjoy some free time at the hotel pool before turning in for the night.
Day 2: Volcanoes National Park, Rainbow Falls or Jaggar Museum, Thurston Lava Tube, Kilauea Iki Crater, Akatsuka Orchid Gardens
Morning – After breakfast is served you will depart for a full day expert guided volcano tour at Volcanoes National Park. There is so much to experience in this once in a lifetime adventure. You will then take a cruise along scenic Banyan Drive.
Afternoon – Lunch is enjoyed on your own. Visit the gorgeous 80-foot Rainbow Falls or a stop at the Jaggar Museum where you will see hands-on displays and films of previous eruptions & current activity. Next will be a walk through Thurston Lava Tube, Kilauea Iki Crater and a visit to the Akatsuka Orchid Gardens.
Evening – Dinner will be on your own before you return to the hotel and enjoy time poolside or an evening swim at the beach.
Day 3: Pearl Harbor, Sea Life Park Hawaii
Morning – Breakfast is served then group departs for a guided tour of Pearl Harbor. Here your students will learn about the surprise attack that shocked a nation and directly led to the United States’ entry into World War II.
Afternoon – Afterwards enjoy lunch on your own before you continue on to Sea Life Park Hawaii. Here your students will learn about conservation efforts as they explore the marine mammal park, bird sanctuary, and aquarium.
Evening – Return to the hotel to freshen up for an evening out. After a day of adventure, savor the island’s vibrant flavors with a group dinner. Then enjoy free time to swim, shop, or walk along the beach. Make your way back to the hotel for the night and get some sleep.
Day 4: Wet ’n’ Wild Hawaii, Farewell Dinner, and International Market Place
Morning – After breakfast, a full day of fun awaits you at Wet ’n’ Wild Hawaii. The park features more than 25 exhilarating attractions on 29-acres in lush tropical landscaping and natural cliffs.
Afternoon – Enjoy lunch on your own and continue activities in the park.
Evening – After a farewell dinner, your group will enjoy free time at International Market Place where they can visit different shops and pick up some souvenirs. Once your group is all shopped out, head back to the hotel for a well earned rest.
Day 5: Departure Day
Morning -One last breakfast in this beautiful setting before you and your and group enjoys the morning with one more swim or visit to the beach. Don’t forget to take a few last pictures to commemorate your memorable trip.
Afternoon – Depart for a safe journey home.
