A-Z Travels will create a custom tour for your group.
We will collaborate with the group leader to determine what venues and places your group wants to see and visit on your tour. We ensure that everything is designed with your curriculum, budget, goals, and travelers in mind. Our team is dedicated to creating lifelong memories.
For every 10 paying students, one chaperone can travel for free. This policy encourages active participation from school staff and helps maintain a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone.
We take safety seriously. Private security is based upon the group request.
Yes, you will be provided with the information of every supplier we have partnered with on your behalf.
Upon arrival, your group will have a dedicated Tour Director. In certain circumstances, a step-on guide, docent, or venue affiliate will conduct a tour.
No! The comprehensive customized itinerary will outline all inclusions based on the number of participants. It is important to know what is and isn’t included in your trip. We have no hidden fees.
You will receive a link for registration that allows you to create your private account and complete the online registration.
Payments can be made online through our secure payment portal. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and checks. Applicable fees apply for credit card purchases.
When working with A-Z travels, you’re with a tour operator who understands the importance of your financial security. A-Z Travels suggests purchasing a student protection plan through Travel Insured, one of the nation’s top travel protection providers. CFAR, or “Cancel For Any Reason,” is also offered as an optional add-on. With CFAR, parents can cancel their child’s for any reason.
A travel protection plan is highly recommended to ensure peace of mind.
Cancellations will only be reimbursed through a travel protection plan. A-Z highly recommends each traveler purchase a travel protection plan as it may cover eligible cancellations.
In the rare event of a trip cancellation, we will provide information on the next steps, including refunds or alternative travel options. A-Z highly recommends each traveler purchase a travel protection plan as it may cover eligible cancellations.
We work to minimize disruptions, but sometimes delays or breakdowns can occur. A-Z Travels will provide assistance and alternative arrangements if needed per state and federal guidelines.
All credits or refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your travel protection plan if purchased. In the event A-Z Travels cancels the trip a full refund will be issued.
Misconduct includes, but is not limited to violating the school and A-Z Travels rules, engaging in sexual misconduct, bullying, and not abiding by state and local laws.
The codes of conduct outline behavior expectations during the trip. It’s crucial to read and follow materials from your school and A-Z Travels to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. A-Z Travel’s code of conduct will be found on the registration portal.

Packing lists vary by destination; be sure to pack weather-appropriate clothing and essential items like passports, medications, and travel documents.
We accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions as best as possible. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions during registration so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Visa and passport requirements vary by destination. A-Z Travels will provide information on these requirements, but it is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents.
As of October 1, 2021, every traveler 18 years of age will need to have a REAL ID or another accepted form of identification (such as a passport) to travel by air. Minors are not required to show identification while traveling.
