Day 1

Morning – Your morning will consist of travel to Canada.

Afternoon – Arrive in Montreal and meet your tour guide. Your guided city tour begins with a lunch stop midway through. You’ll continue your city tour before making your way to the hotel for check in.

Evening – Enjoy a welcome dinner in this spectacular city! You’ll then make your way to Montreal’s “Underground City” for a brief walking tour. Your long day will conclude when you return to the hotel for a much needed rest.

Day 2

Morning – Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and prepare for a day immersed in culture. Your first venue will be the Musée des Beaux-Arts – Montreal’s Museum of Fine Art.  You will continue on and visit Le Mont-Royal.

Afternoon – Have lunch on your own before departing for Centre d’exposition La Prison-des-Patriotes. Your audio tour will explain the history of the Rebellion of 1837-1838 and serve as a reminder of the 1300 Patriotes who were imprisoned and, in some cases executed.

Evening – Group will step back in time and enjoy a walking tour of Old Montreal.  Enjoy dinner at a wonderful French restaurant. Group can enjoy free time shopping or make your way back to hotel.

Day 3

Morning – After breakfast, you’ll depart for a tour of the world famous Notre Dame Basilica. Upon conclusion of the tour enjoy free time visiting the Basilica Museum.

Afternoon – Your educational immersion continues on as you visit Le Centre des Sciences de Montréal, Montreal’s interactive Science Center and Museum. Your visit will conclude with an IMAX movie.

Evening – Group will enjoy another French styled dinner.  Afterwards you will depart for the Planétarium de Montréal. You will have time to ponder a few questions such as:  How did life appear on Earth? Does life exist elsewhere in the universe?

Your Search for Life in the Universe takes you on a captivating quest through spectacular images and animation, projections, and multimedia games. Your visit will conclude with the Night Sky show.

Day 4

Morning – After breakfast at the hotel you’ll ready yourself for another day of exploration. Depart for the Biosphere and enjoy a self-guided tour. We continue on to Montreal’s famed Olympic Tower. Take a ride on the spectacular Funicular, a glass encased transport that rises up the side of the Tower to the Observatory where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the city.

Afternoon – Group will enjoy a leisure lunch on your own. Your next stop will be The Montreal Insectarium, a natural history museum. This is the largest insect museum in North America featuring a large quantity of insects from all around the world.

Evening – Group will dress for a relaxing and enjoyable evening.  Enjoy a farewell dinner, and then make your way to the Montreal Theater and show.

Day 5

Morning – Enjoy breakfast then check out of hotel. Your first visit will be a guided tour of the iconic Notre-Dame Basilica.

Afternoon – After your last lunch in Montreal, you will make your way to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts for admission and exploration. The Fine Arts museum is Montreal’s largest museum and is among the most prominent in Canada. You will then begin your journey home.
