Day 1

Morning: Departure and flight to Vienna.

Afternoon: Welcome to Vienna! Upon arrival, meet your travel guide and transfer to the hotel. Check in and freshen up.

Evening: Enjoy your welcome dinner with the group at a local restaurant.


Day 2

Morning: After breakfast, start your day with a tour through central Vienna. The Austrian capital has an astonishing stash of art and cultural treasures. Visit Hofburg and admire the treasures of the past. See up close the original jewelry of the Empress Elisabeth and the famous residence where Mozart used to live. Admire the stunning buildings and the horses of the Spanish Riding School. Afterwards, visit Vienna`s most famous coffee houses, then head to the Blutgasse district.

Afternoon: After lunch, you will have the afternoon for yourself. Explore, shop and discover Vienna at your own pace.

Evening: Enjoy dinner in one of the local restaurants and head back to the hotel for a rest before another great day in the morning!


Day 3

Morning: Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel. Today you will visit the famous Vienna Kunsthistorisches Museum. Marvel at the works from ancient Egypt to the classic works of antiquity to the masterpieces of the late 18th century. The Picture Gallery houses works by Rembrandt, Rubens, Vermeer, Velázquez and Durer. See the sculptural works by Benvenuto Cellini. Admire the astonishing building itself with its impressive staircase featuring a series of beautiful paintings.

Afternoon: After lunch, enjoy a tour to Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens. Learn how the Habsburg Dynasty lived and see the 40-meter-long Great Gallery. Stroll around the beautiful gardens and see the Gloriette – a stunning structure on top of a hill overlooking the gardens. Have fun watching the “Strudelshow” and learn how to prepare a traditional apple strudel.

Evening: You will have the evening for yourself. Find a lovely local restaurant and enjoy a delicious meal.


Day 4

Morning and afternoon: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel! Today you will explore Wachau and Danube Valleys and visit the Benedictine Abbey of Melk. Learn about the imperial history and take in the picturesque views of the famous Blue Danube. Wachau and Danube valleys are one of the top destinations in Lower Austria known for its agricultural and architectural history. Explore the River Danube and marvel at the quaint villages and vineyards. The river was an important traffic and trade route and the magnificent castles you will see are a testament to those ancient times.

Visit the astounding Benedictine Abbey of Melk which is one of the most famous Baroque buildings in Austria. Stop at the Abbey Restaurant for a lovely lunch.

Evening: Tonight, enjoy a splendid concert featuring the most amazing classical works of Mozart and Strauss in the magical atmosphere of the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera). Late dinner and return to your accommodation for a rest.


Day 5

Morning: After breakfast at your hotel, you will travel to Salzburg. Arrive and check into your hotel. Take time to explore the city at your own pace. Visit Festung Hohensalzburg – the most visible and stunning icon of Salzburg. Roam and explore its ramparts and the see the most astonishing views of the city spires, the mountains and the Salazh River.

Afternoon: After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on the Salzach River. Take in the scenic views, the natural landscape and the beautiful silhouette of the city. See the mountains of Hagen and Tennen and feast your eyes on the impressive awe-inspiring sites along the riverbanks.

Evening: Enjoy a lovely meal at a local restaurant and keep exploring Salzburg on your own.


Day 6

Morning and afternoon: After having a delicious breakfast at your hotel you will travel to Hallstatt. Journey through Salzkammergut and pass by small charming villages. You will enjoy a guided tour of Hallstatt, do a Skywalk, admire Muhlbach waterfall, and visit the Bone House. In Hallstatt, you will have free time to stroll the streets, take in the wonderful sites, admire the houses on the mountains and visit the local museum. Enjoy a traditional local meal. On your way back, travel through Abtenau, Russbach and Gosau while admiring the scenic beauty of Dachstein mountains.

Evening: After arriving back in Salzburg, meet for a farewell dinner with your group. Return to hotel and rest before your trip back home.


Day 7

Morning: After breakfast and check out, your group will depart for the Airport! Safe travels back home!
